Airbrush Tanning Info

~Hair removal should be done BEFORE your airbrush tan.
~Hair & Nail appointments should be made BEFORE your airbrush tan.
~Wear dark, loose fitting clothes to put on immediately after your airbrush tan.
~Wait 10-12 hours before you shower.
~After 10-12 hours, shower before you go to the gym for the first time.
~If you are sleeping in your airbrush, wear long, loose fitting clothes to sleep in.
~DO NOT keep your airbrush tan on longer than 24 hours . (Shower within suggested time period)
~For maximum results, moisturize daily with oil-free body lotion.
~Exfoliate your tan off thoroughly before you attend your next airbrush service.
~If you want to enjoy consistent color, we suggest an appointment once a week.

Products Policy

-Returns of unopened or unused products will be accepted within 30 days of purchase with a receipt.After 30 days you may exchange it for any other product, but there will be no refunds.

Hair Services Policy

-We do not offer any refunds on services. If you are unhappy with the service please notify us at the time of service before leaving the salon and we will make any adjustments or try to accommodate you.

-Adjustments to any color or cut service must be made within 10 days of the service.

Spa Reservation Policy:

-Must be 18 or over for massage services.

-Please arrive a minimum of 15 minutes in advance of spa treatments.

-Services will begin and end on time as a courtesy to the next guest.

Spa Cancellation Policy:

David Ezra Salon & Spa takes pride in our ability to provide personal service to all of our clients. We require a credit card to secure an appointment time. We ask that you give a 24 hour cancellation/change notice in the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Inside 24 hours, any cancellation or change to a spa appointment will result in a charge of 20% of the services to your account. Same day no-shows/no calls will be charged 50% for all scheduled services and/or packages. If the services are rescheduled and the appointment is kept, the 20% charge will be credited towards your service. Cancellations and No-shows affect us & other clients greatly as we are unable to service the clients on our waitlist without ample notice and we thank you for your understanding.

Salon Reservation Policy:

-For large services, a card must be put on file. (Any services that are 2 or more hours)

-Services will begin and end on time as a courtesy to the next guest.

-Any cancelation within 24 hours or no show will be charged 50% of the service, but this charge can be applied to your rescheduled appointment.

-Service(s) must be canceled before 24 hours of appointment time.
